Starting Panoramic Resumes was the realization of my true passion – working one on one with people to provide personal consultation and the right tools to help them find not just any job, but a job they love.

My professional background encompasses 20+ years combined experience as a Human Resource Executive and Small Business Marketing Consultant.  In the capacity of Human Resource Vice President in the Commercial Banking Industry, I managed recruiting, hiring, and employee relations functions for 2,500 employees across all levels. In this role, I spearheaded several ground breaking programs in the areas of HR project management, hiring individuals with disabilities, internal client relations and talent management.

My early human resource experience also extends to the broadcasting industry where I managed HR/Operations functions for an Engineering and Technology Department comprised or 250 engineers, managers, broadcast technicians, drafters and administrative staff.

With relevance to today's economy, I founded and managed a team of human resource professionals who worked to provide one on one internal and outplacement  job search services to hundreds employees who were suddenly unemployed due to banking layoffs and mergers.  I too was in a similar position earlier in my career and can attest to the many challenges and opportunities that can come from this unexpected experience.  

My ability to write targeted resumes that showcase a client's unique talents, experience and value comes from interviewing hundreds of employees and reading and evaluating thousands of resumes.

I have written resumes and cover letters and provided job search coaching for people seeking entry-level to executive positions in various fields including, healthcare, marketing, administrative support, human resources, media, sales, legal, accounting and finance, education, management, and IT and science.

In addition, my marketing experience rounds out my ability to effectively write and position a resume to attract the most attention and interest.
